BUSINESS PARTICIPATION
Participation in the services is subject to Paw Campus prior approval. Paw Campus reserves the right to refuse participation to any organization, including profits and schools, at any time in its sole discretion.

here: http://www.pawcampus.com/business-opportunities ) you represent and warrant that you: 1) have the right to enter into and perform this agreement with Paw Campus including, but not limited to, the consent of the charity or school to use its name and/or logo, and 2) that the information in your application is true, complete, and current.
By participating in the services, you grant Paw Campus the right to: 1) display your listing on our site; 2) promote your organization as part of the service online, in print and any other media; and 3) display your trademark, logo, slogans, and other source or business identifiers as you provide to Paw Campus in promotion of your organization.
Paw Campus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during your participation in the services to use the services names and logos on your site, in print, and another media.
You may terminate your relationship with Paw Campus and our right to use your name and logo anytime by giving us a written notice and Paw Campus will cease all such use. Paw Campus acknowledges that you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your name and logo and reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Paw Campus may terminate this agreement or remove your listing from the site at any time for any reason. Upon receipt of written notice of termination from Paw Campus, you must promptly remove the logo and disable the links from your site to the services.
CONTENT AND USER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, and all other material (“content”), whether it’s publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person that originated the content. This means that only you, and not Paw Campus, is responsible for all content that is uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, and made available through other services. Paw Campus does not control the content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. By using the services, you understand that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objective. Under no circumstances shall Paw Campus be liable in any way for any content, including any errors in the content or loss and damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the content that is posted, emailed, transmitted, or made available via the services.

To return a product please email us at contact@pawcampus.com and provide us with your contact information and a brief description on why you want to return the product. We will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your product if the conditions are met.
Damaged Package or Products
If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you refuse it. If you discover any damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise. Pictures are required for examination of the product. We ask that you take pictures of the damages and email them to us at contact@pawcampus.com. within 5 business days. All damaged merchandise will then be replaced promptly.
Returns/Exchanges do not include shipping and handling fees.
If the item is returned or exchanged due to the wrongful selection at time of ordering, the customer is then responsible for all returns/exchanges shipping and handling fees.
Restrictions:
We apologize that Paw Campus Pet ID tags cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship. The merchandise will be replaced with the same item. All returns must include the original packaging along with all the items that came in the package. In this case, we will waive the shipping and handling fees for the replacement items.
