We reserve the right to change all or part of these terms.  Any changes made by PawCampus.com will be effective immediately upon postings revised terms of site, which will be provided by posting on the site or by email.  Your continued use of the services after such notice will be deemed as your acceptance of any changes.  Determination of when these terms were last revised will be referred to the “Last Updated” legend at the top of these terms.  Upon your request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of these terms.  You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any elimination or discontinuation of any content on or feature of the service, or for any change in any fees or charges for use of the service. 

Paw Campus is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, especially children.  For this reason, children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the service without adult or legal guardian supervision.  The services at Paw Campus are designed to appeal to a broad audience.  As the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether or not any of the services and content (defined below) is appropriate for your child. No one under 13 will be allowed to use the site.

If and when you set up an account and register to use the service with Paw Campus, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form, including your email address, (b) maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.  You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the service.  Our use and disclosure of any such information that you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

Participation in the services is subject to Paw Campus prior approval.  Paw Campus reserves the right to refuse participation to any organization, including profits and schools, at any time in its sole discretion. 

By submitting an application to participate in the services (which you can find
here: http://www.pawcampus.com/business-opportunities ) you represent and warrant that you: 1) have the right to enter into and perform this agreement with Paw Campus including, but not limited to, the consent of the charity or school to use its name and/or logo, and 2) that the information in your application is true, complete, and current. 

By participating in the services, you grant Paw Campus the right to: 1) display your listing on our site; 2) promote your organization as part of the service online, in print and any other media; and 3) display your trademark, logo, slogans, and other source or business identifiers as you provide to Paw Campus in promotion of your organization. 

Paw Campus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during your participation in the services to use the services names and logos on your site, in print, and another media. 

You may terminate your relationship with Paw Campus and our right to use your name and logo anytime by giving us a written notice and Paw Campus will cease all such use.  Paw Campus acknowledges that you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your name and logo and reserve all rights not expressly granted. 

Paw Campus may terminate this agreement or remove your listing from the site at any time for any reason.  Upon receipt of written notice of termination from Paw Campus, you must promptly remove the logo and disable the links from your site to the services. 

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, and all other material (“content”), whether it’s publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person that originated the content.  This means that only you, and not Paw Campus, is responsible for all content that is uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, and made available through other services.  Paw Campus does not control the content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content.  By using the services, you understand that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objective.  Under no circumstances shall Paw Campus be liable in any way for any content, including any errors in the content or loss and damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the content that is posted, emailed, transmitted, or made available via the services. 

You agree to not use the services to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity such as Paw Campus official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any content that you don’t have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreement. 
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights (“rights”) of any party.
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other form of solicitation, except in those areas, such as shopping, that are designated for such purposes. 
• Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in the paragraphs above. 

• Upload, post, email, transmit or make available any material that contains software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, telecommunications equipment. 
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the services are able to type, or act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges. 
• Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, networks connected to the services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the services, including using any device, software, or routine to bypass our exclusion headers or attempt to reverse engineer the site. 
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, national, or international law, including, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, and any regulations having the force of law. 
• Provide material support or resources or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support to any organization’s designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. 
• Stalk or harass another.

You acknowledge that Paw Campus may or may not pre-screen content.  Paw Campus shall have the right in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is made available via the services.  Paw Campus shall have the right to remove any content that violates the terms or any content that is objectionable.  You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of content including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.  You also acknowledge that you many not rely on any content created by Paw Campus or submitted to Paw Campus such as information on the message boards and other services. 

You acknowledge, consent, and agree that Paw Campus may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that access preservation or disclosure is necessary to; comply with legal process, enforce the terms, respond to claims that any content violates the right of third parties, respond to your requests for customer service, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Paw Campus and its users and the public. 

You understand that the services and software embodied within the services may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Paw Campus and/or content providers who provide content to the services. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the services. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution, or public exhibition of the materials provided on the services is strictly prohibited. 

Paw Campus does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the services. However, the Content you submit or make available for inclusion on public accessible areas of the services, you grant Paw Campus the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable; the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such content on the services for the purposes of providing and promoting the services. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such content on the services and will terminate at the time you remove or Paw Campus removes such content from the services.

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Paw Campus shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the presence of advertisers on the services.

Those who choose to access the service do so on their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations.
